FRIGA VS. THE JUNGLE

When nationally recognized basketball creator Friga came to Buffalo, The Jungle was ready for the challenge.

What followed became one of the biggest moments in our platform’s history. The Jungle defended its home court, taking down Friga and proving that Buffalo’s basketball talent deserves national recognition.

From LA Fitness runs to competing against some of basketball’s biggest content creators, this was another defining chapter in The Jungle’s journey.

FROM LA FITNESS TO THE BIG STAGE

Founded in Buffalo, New York, by Uchenna Gigi, The Jungle began with competitive basketball runs at LA Fitness and a vision to give talented players a platform to showcase their skills.

What started as everyday basketball competition has grown into a sports entertainment platform featuring official rankings, championship belts, nationally recognized competitors, and events attracting hundreds of spectators.

From local gym runs to players traveling across the country to compete, The Jungle continues to grow beyond Buffalo.
